Wirex Business supports receiving euro payments through the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) network, offering both SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT) and SEPA Instant Transfers (SCT Inst).

Receiving SEPA payments is fast, secure, and always free of charge.

What SEPA Types We Support

We support the following payment schemes:

• SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT): Payments are processed within 2–3 business days

• SEPA Instant Transfer (SCT Inst): Real-time 24/7 payments typically processed in 5–10 minutes

The payment scheme is determined by the sender's bank. If SEPA Instant is supported, it’s processed almost immediately. Otherwise, it’s sent as a regular SEPA Credit Transfer and takes 2–3 business days.

How Deposits Are Processed

1. Share your business account details
Provide your IBAN and BIC to the sender. You can do this by clicking "Cash" from the Home page.

2. The sender initiates the SEPA payment
The sender can be you, your partners, clients, or other third parties.

3. Funds are credited to your account
Once verified, the funds will be available in your Wirex Business account.

Incoming payments are reviewed to ensure secure and compliant transactions. We may contact you for more details, like an invoice or sender info. Don’t worry — we always aim to keep things smooth with minimal delays.

Who Can Send You a SEPA Deposit?

Wirex Business supports deposits from both:

First-party: The sender name matches your business name.
Third-party: The sender is not directly associated with your account, such as a client, supplier, or partner.
