Card Delivery: Everything You Need to Know
When ordering a Wirex Business card, you can choose between two delivery options: Standard and Express. Both delivery methods are handled by DHL, and charges will apply, deducted from your Wirex Pay main account balance. Virtual cards, remain free of charge and are available instantly at the click of a button.
Standard Delivery
Handled by DHLWorld Mail.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.
- Untrackable delivery method.
- Final delivery is managed by the local postal service (e.g., La Poste in France, Poste Italiane in Italy).

Express Delivery (DHL Express)
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 calendar days.
- Trackable through a provided tracking number.
- Offers flexible options for delivery adjustments:
- Re-direct the parcel to another address.
- Provide additional instructions for secure delivery.
- Request the courier to leave the package with a trusted person (neighbor, friend, or relative).
- Schedule delivery at a convenient time and date.
When choosing Express delivery, you'll receive an SMS or email from DHL with your tracking number (waybill) and other delivery details, such as the delivery address and estimated delivery time.
You can use this tracking number on the DHL website to see the progress of your delivery. Simply choose your country and then paste the tracking number.
